1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ShortsFast ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
ShortsFast provides AI-powered tools for generating images, videos, and voiceovers. We use third-party AI models to process your prompts and create content.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users in the European Union must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
- Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Produce deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, subject to the underlying AI model providers' terms. By using the Service, you grant ShortsFast a non-exclusive license to store and display your generated content as necessary to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Credits expire at the end of each billing period.
Refund Policy. Each generation, render, or other AI operation incurs third-party compute costs and consumes credits at the time the operation is processed. Accordingly, used credits and fees for completed or in-progress AI operations are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If we issue a refund in our discretion, it will be limited to the unused portion of prepaid credits (if any) and calculated on a pro rata basis.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
8. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or meet your expectations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortsFast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
